Can Firearms Transfer Transactions Be Performed with a Power of Attorney Issued by a Notary?

A notarized power of attorney contract authorizes the appointed agent to perform certain acts and procedures (such as making the necessary application, presenting the documents, and signing) related to the sale or donation of someone else's firearm. However, the persons appointed as agents cannot perform acts such as carrying, possessing, or presenting the firearm to the authorities for identification purposes based on the notarized power of attorney, as this would be in violation of the provisions of Law No. 6136. It is not possible for the power of attorney to authorize such acts, even temporarily.
