Bank General Managers and Deputies, Regional Managers, and Branch Managers Defined in the Banking Law No. 4389 (Article 9/f)

Applicants residing in the police jurisdiction will apply to the Firearms and Explosives Branch Directorate of the Security Directorate, and those residing in the gendarmerie jurisdiction will apply to the Provincial Gendarmerie Command.

• If the weapon is to be transferred from someone else, the application will be made with the mutual transfer petitions and a copy of the license.
• Half-cover cardboard folder,
• The original of the identity card will be presented at the time of application,
• A medical report stating that there is no objection to obtaining a weapon license (a health board report covering the Psychiatry, Orthopedics, Neurology, Ophthalmology, ENT, and Internal Medicine departments, issued by a fully equipped State Hospital or University Hospital). *The validity period is 6 months from the date of issue.
• 4 colored passport-size photographs (taken within the last 1 year),
• For the renewal of expired carrying/possession licenses or address changes for possession-licensed weapons, the weapons will be brought to the licensing authority with a road permit for identification.
• If a new weapon is purchased from the MKE (Mechanical and Chemical Industry Corporation), the weapon and the original invoice must be presented to the licensing authority within 60 days, otherwise legal action will be initiated. The invoice issued for the weapons purchased from the MKE is valid as a road permit for 7 days from the date of issue, and a road permit must be obtained from the licensing authority for transfers after 7 days.
• The 5-year weapon carrying license fee is paid to the Treasury and the receipt is provided,
• Fingerprints are taken during the application. (Those with an existing fingerprint record do not need to take new fingerprints.)
• A service certificate signed by the authorized unit manager,
• Applicants will provide a certificate showing that they do not have a tax debt exceeding 2,000 TL that has passed the due date within the last 15 days as of the application date, within the scope of Article 22/A of Law No. 6183.
• 60 TL Weapon Carrying License Card Fee Receipt (General Directorate of the Turkish Police Force Strengthening Foundation)
